I went to Touch Health & Fitness due to knee pain. Dr. Tocco is fantastic, he took the time to explain what could be causing the pain. He walked me through some exercises that would help/improve my knee. Weeks after my initial visit I noticed a significant improvement. Thank you Dr.Tocco!

Dr. Tocco is a very knowledgeable, professional and friendly chiropractor. He has treated me twice when I accidentally pulled my back/neck and was in a lot of pain and not able to move. Both times I was able to go back to my regular activities immediately after the first session with Dr. Tocco. My pain was completely gone after a few follow-up sessions. Dr. Tocco is very patient and also provides simple exercises that can be incorporated in my day-to-day life to make sure I don’t get injured again. The clinic is clean and bright, and Kali is always friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Touch Health and Fitness and Dr. Tocco!

Marco is a great chiropractor who explains the why, what, and how. For those fearful of a doctor who is only trying to get you to come back repeatedly, fear not. I was in really bad shape when I first saw Marco, and sessions with him (combined with my general treatment plan) helped me get to a place where I see him less than a handful of times a year.
Big, spacious clinic with a ton of natural light, gym area, ample free parking, and around the corner from IKEA, Canadian Tire, and MEC make it a pleasant and super convenient clinic to go to.

My husband first visited Dr Tocco in end 2022 due to severe pain in lower back/leg. He went back to him for another incident of severe pain in neck earlier this year. For both cases, Dr Tocco was very patient in listening to my husband, asked various questions and provided detailed diagnosis and explanations.

In addition to his treatment, Dr Tocco provided valuable advices and progressive exercises to my husband to lessen his pain. My husband did feel better after each appointment and with the exercises which we feel so grateful. He’s back to normal now.

Dr Tocco is knowledgeable, professional and very kind. We also appreciate the clean and well kept clinic plus his great team which made us feel very comfortable from end to end.

We would highly recommend Dr Tocco to anyone in need.

"Dr. Marco Tocco is in a word – exceptional. I wanted to thank him, as he cares enough to help me find new strength, hope and the will to recover from my numerous back injuries and neck pain. I have visited medical specialists and other practitioners, most of whom were unwilling to even take the time to listen to my complaints before issuing pointless tests and exercises and even more pointless prescriptions. Sitting back taking pain killers waiting for my body to magically heal itself was killing me – mind, body and spirit. I have found in Dr. Tocco a sincere practitioner who does listen and does care. Very professionall team and a spotless clean place! Dr Tocco is very knowledgeable and focused on your individual treatment. Every visit is just as important as the previous one, and your progress and practice carefully monitored. The massage therapy offered is designed to improve your health according to your needs. Dr. Marco and the team at Touch Fitness came highly recommended and now that I've been going there for the last few months I can see why! Keisha is great for massage therapy and I always feel better after a session. I have also been working with Marco on preventing future knee injuries and in a short time I can already see results! Everyone is friendly and knowledgably and I know I am in good hands. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to either heal from an injury or like myself, wants to put in the work to prevent injury so I can remain active.

I have nothing but great things to say when I talk about my experience at Touch Health.

I had developed an extreme pain in my face, and was able to book an appointment with Marco right away( which was such a relief due to all the rejected calls I made in desperation)!

Marco was extremely kind and professional while I explained myself, letting me interject multiple times and would make adjustments to his treatment based off what I said. Something I deeply appreciate.

He gave me solid advice as well as exercises to help lessen my pain, which it did! One thing I appreciated was that he did not try to 'find' other issues to keep me coming in, something I was worried about before I met him.

I'm happy to say with only a few sessions my pain has been relieved and I'm back to normal. Big thanks to Marco and the team.
