I have been going to Dr Tocco over a year now. It's always fun to see go the session - he is always giving the positive energy, great with follow up, and friendly answers to all sort of questions! He's super knowledgable and experienced, I definitely feel the huge improvement on my back and shoulder pains after going to him.

Also, I love talking to Kali she is super down to earth, friendly, and well organized!

If you are looking for a good chiropractor this is the right place. Highly highly recommended!

Dr. Marco has been exceptional and has really helped me recover from an herniated disc injury that ran down my entire lower body. i was dealing with the pain for a very long time. he provided me with a mix of massages at first and as i got stronger he eventually worked with me on stretching exercises and finally weight training and provided me the knowledge of how to deal with such an injury to prevent further injuries. It’s been almost a year of seeing Dr. Marco on a monthly basis and i feel great! Thank you Dr Marco!

My husband first visited Dr Tocco in end 2022 due to severe pain in lower back/leg. He went back to him for another incident of severe pain in neck earlier this year. For both cases, Dr Tocco was very patient in listening to my husband, asked various questions and provided detailed diagnosis and explanations. In addition to his treatment, Dr Tocco provided valuable advices and progressive exercises to my husband to lessen his pain. My husband did feel better after each appointment and with the exercises which we feel so grateful. He’s back to normal now. Dr Tocco is knowledgeable, professional and very kind. We also appreciate the clean and well kept clinic plus his great team which made us feel very comfortable from end to end. We would highly recommend Dr Tocco to anyone in need.

I went to Touch Health & Fitness due to knee pain. Dr. Tocco is fantastic, he took the time to explain what could be causing the pain. He walked me through some exercises that would help/improve my knee. Weeks after my initial visit I noticed a significant improvement. Thank you Dr.Tocco!

After covid, work-from-home settings drives a lot of issues relating to my back and neck. I am thrilled that we can get this chiropractor in our neighbourhood. Dr. Marco Tocco indeed has acquired an extensive amount of knowledge of keeping the body in a good position. After just one initial chiropractic assessment and treatment, I feel definitely better on my neck and back. During the assessment, Dr. Tocco not only asks for the basics, but also asks about the day-to-day lifestyle to give better and more personalized treatments and advice. I like the whole discussion-treatment-advice(homework) process and that makes perfect sense for my case. Marco and his team care about the customer and are really good at what they are offering (that includes a lot of aspects such as chiropractic, acupuncture, physiotherapy, massage, ART, FRC, MVA and post-surgical rehab .etc). The space is clean, spacious and well-maintained. Their hours fits most people’s schedule and the online booking system is working perfectly. I wish I could refer everyone I know to come here and live better.
