She's on TIA Health, a virtual walk-ii platform. She simply did not show up for our appointment. I had no number to contact her, she was to call me at a scheduled time and simply did not call. I got the confirmation and everything through TIA and she just did not show. Waited 30 mins for her to call. I suggest she not be on the platform if she will not take it seriously.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Attalla through well health and she is very compassionate, caring and understanding to my situation. I have used her virtual services on 2 occasions and I wish she was as close enough to be my GP the only issue I have is the paperwork getting to her threw all office staff. Thank you for your compassionate care Dr. I wish there was more like you out there! I don't see you on the Wellhealth Virtual Clinic anymore I hope that your just in vacation.

Dr. Mireille Attalla is not a professional doctor. I am an Adjunct Assistant Professor at University of Waterloo and my appointment was today at 3.20 pm. I was told to join video call 10 minutes early and I waited for50 minutes and the doctor did not show up. When I called +1-146-475-8899, the lady told me that you have to be online and wait for the doctor to join. We know that doctors are important but I are also working in a University of Waterloo and my time is also important.

Dr. Attala, please take a serious note o f this. +/- 10 minutes are still ok but 50 minutes is too much.

She is been my doctor for 12 years and never needed her as much as recently and she completely dismissed my problems and diagnosed me with BPD just because i told her, i don't trust her anymore and also had arguments with her regardin an issue i had which she notified me about it 7 months after the test done, by the time my condition got worse. She never referred me to any specialist until i insisted of getting one. I hope no o e will go through what i did with her. She is very revenges and she writtes many untruthful things about you just so they can be on your record. She is a failed doctor in my eyes and i am not the only one who says it.

The complete and utter disregard and lack of follow-up of this Doctor and her staff is absolutely diabolical. If you need medical notes to be filled out. You'll not only have to wait 5 hours for this doctor to show up, but her staff will continually be dismissive, won't answer phone calls and pretend like they will be working on it. How on earth is she still employed? I have no idea, I don't know what personal issues this doctor is facing. Maybe her staff is underpaid? But please, if you have family or children, you'll have to rebook multiple appointments just to get a doctors note or be completely ignored. Please do yourself a favour and find someone who actually cares.

Dr. Mireille Attalla is the first Doctor I’ve met in ten years that I felt comfortable with. She is very professional, accurate and knowledgeable.
A caring Doctor willing to help and was able to find out what’s wrong with me when others failed over the past two months.
