My first consultation with her went well, but she does not respect the deadlines, she calls late and when she says she will call back she does not do it, I sent her a form to fill out for my insurance several times and I never received it despite several reminders, it's been 2 months and 10 days that I've been reminding her, her assistant and even the management of TIA health! they are all equal and do not think about the patients at all. My husband also booked a consultation paid by OHIP and she told him that she would call him back in 24 hours under the pretext that she had not received the results from the lab, but she never called us back and the lab confirmed that they had sent her the results on time. very bad follow-up, ignorance and contempt of the patients: this is what we understand doctor when we write you and that we remind you several times and that you remain you and tia health insensitive to our concerns. it's been 40 days that i'm waiting for my form to be able to buy my medication ..... how can you ignore me? shame on your quality of service as a doctor.

She called me 4 hours late and promised to refer me to a specialist and send a prescription to my pharmacist, then she didn't do any of these. Stay away from Tia health in general.

I am a new patient with Dr Attalla. We have had two telephone interactions so far. I find her extremely helpful, listens to her patients and knowledgeable. Looking forward to an in person visit.

This doctor made me wait for 2.5 hours after my telemedicine appt time and then cancelled the appt without even trying to contact me.

DO NOT engage Dr. Attalla as your doctor. She is rude, always late, abrasive and above all you're just a number to her. She is completely inept and I have been upset for weeks about my dealings with her. I wish I'd never spoken with her- I urge you to walk away now if you're considering her.

I've had the displeasure of dealing with Dr. Attalla four times through virtual clinics because she was the only doctor available.

The first time, she was about an hour late calling me and didn't listen to my concerns.

The second time, she was two hours late calling me and cancelled my appointment because I had to go to work and couldn't answer my phone.

The third time, she was two hours late calling me, listened to me (shocking), ordered lab work, booked a follow-up, then had her office call me to cancel the follow-up because she's going on vacation.

Rebooked, so my fourth interaction was yesterday. She was supposed to call me at 2:20pm, but considering her lack of punctuality I made sure I had two hours free to wait for her call. I contacted the virtual clinic to let them know she was once again very late, and they emailed her a reminder. FOUR HOURS LATER she called me while I was at work and not able to answer my phone, and once again cancelled my appointment because "she couldn't reach me."

This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I saw another person mentioned she told them she faxed in prescription refills but that turned out to be a lie; she did the same with me. How she hasn't been removed from virtual clinics is a mystery to me, she obviously doesn't have her shit together.

I came in to see Dr. Attalla for a pelvic exam. I was given the options to do an in person swab or to do it myself. I was more comfortable with the doctor doing it so that was the option I took. First she was late for my appt. Then, she was extremely rude and gave me attitude about not doing the swab myself. I explained that I was more comfortable with her doing it and she rolled her eyes and quite frankly made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I was already in an uncomfortable position and she just made me feel worse. I do not recommend her and will be reporting her.

I did not have a great experience with Dr. Attalla spoke to her via Tia health for a 11:00am appointment and didnt get a call until 12:00 pm. There is no point of the time slots if she isnt going to call the time scheduled. Also was told I would get my prescription in an hour, but when called pharmacy advised there was nothing even couple of hours later still nothing from the doctor. A total waste of my day and rebooked with another doctor.
