Dr. Castner put me at ease with a combination of professionalism and humour. He seemed to have a great rapport with the OR nurses as well. Previously, with a different doctor, I had a very traumatic general anesthetic experience. With Dr. Castner, there were no problems at all. If I ever need another operation, I will definitely ask for him!
