I have NEVER been referred to urgent care, she has always listened, taken time with me and asked and answered questions. A specialist I saw after I took the baseline tests she ordered asked who the doctor was that had ordered the tests . He wasn't familiar w/ her but said she had ordered a test that most internists he knew didn't know to order. He was extremely impressed that she had ordered it. I looked for 2 years for a new doctor when my previous doctor was no longer available. I am completely satisfied with Dr. Kellogg. I have no problem w/ her staff as others ( including a friend) apparently do, but they are not as efficient as my previous doctor's staff or the staff of other medical offices I go to. My 2 year search has really paid off. As to wait time it is as good or better than other doctors I see. Any doctor that has their stethoscope on your heart or lungs at PRECISELY your appointment time is a doctor who has hustled other patients out to stay on schedule. Most patients can be taken care of in the estimated time, but if a patient needs her attention to discuss something or get answers or information they are given the time they need. She is very present when she is with you. So if it's you who needs 10 or more minutes to be treated you'll be glad your needs are being met and you aren't on an assembly line. In my eyes that's a sign of a good doctor . As you may have guessed by now, I highly recommend Dr. Kellogg.

This doctor is awful. Total quack! Has zero Doctor / patient skills . Won't spend more than 5 mins with you , won't call you back, and the office then refers u to urgent care. What a friggin joke! But then what do u expect? Look at her credentials. Gets her medical degree at some funky school in the Caribbean on the island of Monserratt . Lol! May as well be Devry, people, do yourself a favor and drive an hour to LA , get a real doctor that's affiliated with cedars Sinai , and run far from miss Caribbean.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kellogg's for 22 years, our staff and medical care has always been 100% amazing. Dr. Kellogg researches everything and leaves no stone on return. She always goes the extra mile for you through herself or getting you to the correct specialist. I am in my early 60s now and I will continue with her on into my Medicare years. Best doctor ever! Sincerely, DM

Dr Kellogg has been my doctor for over 8 yrs. I trust her with my healthcare however I need access to my doctor for this to be relevant. The front office has extremely poor customer service skills which I choose to no longer tolerate. As mentioned in prior posts patients are frequently advised to seek medical attention at a local Urgent Care which does not build confidence in patient/doctor relationships. It saddens me but as a result of a grossly managed office I have had to contact Monarch Health Care to ask for a change of doctor request be escalated.

Dr. Cheryl Patterson-Kellogg has been my internist well over 10yrs. I'm in my 50' & have had my share of lowsy drs enough to compare them against Dr. Kellogg. She IS "the most competent & knowledgeable internist who has ever taken care of my health. In fact, there were numerous specialists i had seen prior to finding dr kellogg. ALL yes ALL of these so called specialists i spent thousands of dollars over the years literally either couldn't figure out what my condition(s) were to treat me or misdiagnosed me altogether often made my conditions worse!! It wasn't until I was under dr kellogg' care until she accurately diagnosed & successfully treated me. 99.9% of internists DO NOT take the time or have the broad medical knowledge dr kellogg has.they're not even required to have. Dr kellogg will research or refer you to a specialist whom is equally competent. So for those who complained they had a longer wait time.....ask yourself what other dr. Do you know who truly took their time wi

Dr. Kellogg is very knowledgeable and is very supportive and spent a lot of time with me. She was very helpful and comforting. The office staff could be more attentive and prompt on paper processing claims and referrals. Brittany is very rude and speaks demeaning to patients and other office staff. Dr. Kellogg should reconsider who she wants to represent her office.
