The doctor here has helped me cure both my conditions and was helpful in understanding my conditions, both him and his staff were welcoming and I'm truely thankful for the help they provided me. Only issue I encountered was on a few occasions, I had to wait maybe around 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to have my consultations.

I suffered from acne breakouts as well as some other issues. Dr Khai-Yuen Choong's guided me through several different treatment plans and eventually we found a treatment plan which dealt with my problems adequately.

Dr Choong and his receptionist staff were professional, respectful and very friendly.

Really good doctor, gave me things that work on my eczema and other skin problems. I've 1st visited him 2-3 years ago, last week was the last time I'll have my appointment with him. I recommend this doctor since he knows what item to give me.

I am extremely happy with the care I received from Dr Choong and his staff. Dr Choong was very thorough in investigating my rare skin infection, and diligently followed up over the months. He left no stone unturned to discover the cause of the problem. His staff were always very nice, accommodating, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Dr Choong.

I highly recommend Dr. Khai Choong to anyone who suffers from adult acne. Around six month course of my treatment, yet I still have acne scar but I don’t have any active acne anymore.

Doctor ensured that the medication was safe on my body with monthly monitoring via blood tests. He is very informative and helpful throughout the treatment. The reception ladies were also very lovely and friendly, I would highly recommend this clinic for your dermatological needs.

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Choong for his exceptional care and dedication.
I had really severe atopic dermatitis over my whole body since the start of this 2023. None of the usual treatments did anything (usual treatments for 6 months, hospitalised twice). Until I was prescribed Dupixent in China, which worked wonders and my skin was almost back to normal. When I came back to Australia, I was really worried about how I could continue with the Dupixent, since my disease no longer shows, given how effective the medication was. I was really scared that I would be asked to be off the medication until my symptoms resurface and become severe again before doctors can diagnose and prescribe me the medication.
Dr Choong was incredibly caring. He listened to my experience and examined the photos I took of my condition prior to taking Dupixent. He understood the impact that Dupixent medication made on my life. He had a lengthy discussion with Medicare, to negotiate with them so as to prescribe Dupixent to me under PBS. And he helped me get it! Thanks to his efforts, I became the first person in Australia to continue an overseas-initiated Dupixent treatment while covered by PBS.
The relief I feel is immeasurable, and I can't express enough gratitude to Dr. Choong for his empathy and unwavering commitment to patient care.

I have been seeing Dr Choong for three years due to melanoma. He is meticulous and methodical with his check of my skin and has removed a number of suspicious moles and other cancerous skin lesions. Dr Choong is easy to talk with about concerns and answers any questions asked in relation to procedures. The office staff are fantastic, very polite and welcoming and extremely professional. I would highly recommend Dr Choong.
