My daughter and I had a consultation with Dr Greg White. He explained everything. Spoke well with my daughter. His staff were really polite and professional. I can't fault the experience.

I can't accuse Dr. White as being unknowledgeable as I am sure he is. I do understand when doctors are running late- however, when the staff make no apology after you've waited for an hour, do not come and explain anything to you- that is poor service. The correct protocol would be to come and explain that the doctor is running late. Perhaps then, we could have gone shopping and been called on the mobile as he was getting closer to finishing. I also found him very arrogant and condescending. He didn't apologies for us waiting an hour and he also spoke to me as if I was a tad stupid, or atleast no where as bright or equal as him, which is actually not the case since I have 11 years tertiary education, an IQ Of 142 and am a "Dr" of philosophy. He should speak to all his patients, regardless of who they are with respect and treat with dignity. Maybe he was just stressed and having a bad day. Perhaps this is not his normal demeanour but I wouldn't bother going back to find out.
