For the first couple visits she was friendly but this doctor is very careless when it comes to routine procedures like replacing the wires. Dr. Reichard tries to open and close the brackets really fast and with more force than necessary which resulted in the instrument slipping and cutting my gum. The gum bled for 10 minutes and took two gauze to stop the bleeding. Remarkably each visit she does it the same way. When you raise concerns about the wires cutting the inside of the mouth and other problems she summarily dismisses them. I would not recommend this orthodontist to anyone but choose someone with more skill. For each visit negligence has been the one thing that has been consistent and each visit is very painful and feels like a torture session.
