Called the Doctors office to change my telephone number, seemed like a simple request, was told I need a new referral and new xrays to see the doctor. I just wanted to change my phone number in case contact was needed in the future. Life is short, why make this an impossible deal. By the the way, Dr. O'Brien was always wonderful to deal with, for two Hip Replacements.

Dr. O’Brien did my left total knee replacement and I will always be grateful to him for being such an amazing surgeon. I have my life back and I am relieved of debilitating knee pain. His office assistant Krista was always helpful and kind. Thank you Krista for your assistance and thank you Dr. O’Brien for your awesome skills!

Very comfortable to talk to answered all my questions well Had 2 knee replacement surgeries and both amazing, gave me my life back. The staff at the office so kind and courteous always answer calls and no request was ever too much for them, truly impressed. The pre-op care was wonderful and really got me ready for the surgery with no fear at all Post op just as good and I found Dr O;Brien really listened and answered all my concerns and made me feel like I had a big say in my treatment plan. Would recommend this office/surgeon to anyone who will listen to me I had a great experience and very happy I was sent there

Seen Dr.O’Brien in the hospital after breaking my arm and he was great explained what type of break it was and why I was fitted with the cast I was. I’ve had to call his office when my cast was loose and found his admin super helpful and easy to deal with. She went above to help me get seen when the doctor wasn’t in the office. Nothing but positive things to say about these 2 !

This rating is more about the office of Dr. O'Brien. My knee surgery seems to have gone well and overall, I am pleased. My issue is with his secretary. She has no manners and is quite dismissive with Dr. O'Brien's patients once the surgery is complete. She is the front line of his clinic, and leaves an undesirable impression. My advice if you are a patient who works, ensure that Dr. O'Brien completes your working forms (insurance) BEFORE leaving the hospital after surgery. I've been waiting more than 3 weeks for Dr. O'Brien to complete the forms so that I can continue to receive a pay cheque. There is no way to Dr. O'Brien other than via his secretary. I'm quite certain both he and she have received their pay cheques, on time and as expected. It's paperwork, it may be a nuisance but it's not difficult. Not receiving a pay cheque is difficult.
