Dr. Sandrin was mocking, rude, insensitive and arrogant. After a brief examination, he told me to turn away from him as he sat at his desk. I don't know why I 'obeyed'. I was sitting on the examination table in the corner facing war planes 18 inches from my face. It was like I was being punished! After a minute or two, I turned around to look at him, and he quickly told me to face the corner again. What he was doing, I have no idea but it was very bizarre behaviour.

I found Dr Sandrin to be punctual, knowledgeable and available. All great attributes in this specialty!

His approach was arrogant and condescending . He does not give enough explanation, information or teaching. It is not reassuring that he does not take the time to check for patient understanding or concerns. The war planes and military decor in his office are unsettling. Reception are staff helpful and pleasant.
