I would like to start by saying Dr Leroux was a good doctor, at first. However I quickly realized he was a selfish doctor who didn't care about his patients. He clearly got into doctoring for the money and not to help people as was proven by the way he always abandon his family patient obligation for bigger money up north. I put up with that for 8 years. If you want a doctor that will be there for you DO NOT see Dr LeRoux, if you want a doctor that will leave you high and dry 90% of the time he is the guy for you.

He started at the new clinic on the west end of the city when it first opened, shortly after without warning he moved as far away to the east side of the city. I thought hmm that wasn't professional, I realize this side of the city is the "rough" side but moving without warning should have been a red flag. Well I continued to see him because new family doctors were hard to find here. After the move he was NEVER around, you would go to make an appointment and quickly be told "He has gone up north (again) and will be back in 6 weeks". He is a family physician with families, such as me, my children and their mother and had obligations, not some walk-in physician. He spent more time up north than in his clinic. Sure his clinic has other permanent physicians, and it seems many different occasional physicians so if you needed to talk to you could see another doctor. I have mental health issues and have a hard time having to explain to a new doctor every time I got to my family clinic, sometimes the doctors question me and I have to explain my whole story like I am meeting a new family physician for the first time does Dr LeRoux not take notes? The last time he was gone I had decided I another doctor as usual. A couple weeks later I decided this is it, he is a selfish person who doesn't care at all about his patience I am finding a new family doctor. I called down to make an appointment to talk to him and let him know and got told that he is not taking appointments, in fact he is moving to Vancouver next week.

DO NOT SEE DR LEROUX!!!

Dr/ Le Roux was the best, I always felt I was well cared for and never questioned he had my best interests in his care. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable, why did you get talked into some scam? Does it make you happy to just leave, why did you not send us a letter telling us of your plans, explain to us why you did not value us anymore. I hope you see the light and return to your medical profession as we need good doctors like you. Although you are the best I would never return to you as I cannot trust you, just like the doctor I had before you, he left without a word, I phoned for an appointment and he wasn't there. Fortunately I found you taking new patients, now I have to take second best because there are no doctors taking new patients that compare to you.

Thanks doc for leaving your patients who remained loyal to you and always waited for you to come back from your (up north) absenteeism - you didn’t even care enough about your patients to allow them to seek a new dr while you were always gone! We all had to take your “ fill in” replacement dr while you were away and could not switch drs within the same clinic even! And now you just toss us out like used rags! Shame on you ! Hope your angels (in your new profession of voodo) make you see the light if what you’ve really done to real people !

Thanks a lot for not informing us that you were leaving for good - after we all waited and waited and stayed loyal to you while you went up north all the time! You could have at least let us find another dr while you were up north (or wherever you went - Ireland to study ) for almost a year at a time! Very rude ! Not a very caring dr with what you did to all of us!!!

Awful awful doctor!! Yells, screams, makes his patients cry!! His way or the hi way!! No exceptions!! ....even when their is another Drs recommendation!! No one can pay me to go back to this so called Dr!! Unprofessional..... VERY!! Beware!!

Carl Leroux is the best best doctor I have ever seen! He is very caring . He is our family doctor. we love him .
