Dr Swenson and maiden lane medical are all about getting paid and come off as being so sweet and kind but once you leave the office good luck reaching them. Worst doctor and maiden lane is a horrible practice ! Run away, I went for another opinion with dr Andrew defazios office and got treated much better. Don’t be fooled as I did recently ! Horrible that I wasted several weeks with no solution to my complaints bc of their greed at maiden lane and dr Swenson.

Worst experiences I’ve ever had at a doctors office. Maiden lane medical office in park slope could have been mistaken for a homeless shelter. I was beyond disturbed by this office and got worse when I met dr Swenson. Definitely not returning.

Went for a follow up visit to maiden lane and wanted to give the office another chance since they had first opened and it didn't get any better with a different provider and lousy staff. I have no idea how the health department allows this office to stay open with the way it functions. Arrogant provider and rude staff. Saw dr Swenson at her office at maiden lane obgyn , I will never go back. The receptionist was rude, she was rushed and the office environment is just horrible. I wouldn’t bring my cat here for a visit. Look elsewhere. My girlfriend recommended dr Fuchs. I’m going there next year for my visit

One of the worst experiences of my life at maiden lane medical with this doctor. felt rushed and the office is filthy and it seems like they had no idea where anything they needed was in the rooms. I will not be returning and will be going into the city for my future care.

The absolute worst ! She is arrogant dismissive and seemed very disinterested in any of my issues. Definitely not recommended for any patient with questions. She gets annoyed when you question her at all.

The worst doctor I have ever seen! I was so rushed and she didn’t address any of concerns and my blood work took over a month and she didn’t even apologize or show a hint of empathy. I’ve been going to this practice for 25 years and I’m never seeing this doctor again! No way not me.
