Gave me the wrong prescription, faxed 2 different prescriptions to contact store (both wrong), disappointing phone manners (both the staff AND the doctor), just used my old prescription from another doctor (with one minor tweak) - charged me for a fitting, but didn't "fit" lens. Come to find out, the shape of my eye had changed and I had to go pay someone else to examine me and get me the RIGHT lenses. I'm very unhappy with her services. I'm stuck with a 6 month supply of useless lenses thanks to her not taking the time to determine my true prescription. Do not be fooled. Just because it's "Wal-Mart" doesn't mean it's cheap. I paid a true professional $10 more than her and he got it right.
