DR. RITU KAPOOR IS THE BEST OPTOMETRIST, HAVE BEEN WITH HER FOR THE PAST 11 YEARS SINCE I WAS 12, I TRIED ONE OPT. AND IMMEDIATELY WENT BACK TO HER. SHE WILL DEFINITELY GET THE CORRECT PRESCRIPTION, NICE AND PATIENT LADY THE STAFF IS ALSO GREAT. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HER, MY WHOLE FAMILY VISITS HER, AND IM ALSO RECOMMENDING MY CO-WORKERS TO HER SO FAR THEY ALL LOVE HER.

I had been going to Hour Eyes the last three years to get my annual eye exam, but wanted to try a new doctor this time around. I found Dr. Kapoor on this website and did additional research using other websites. She had good ratings overall and was a local doctor, which I support, so I called to schedule an appointment. On first impression, I thought the receptionist seemed impatient with my questions about the thoroughness of their exams, but after going into the office and meeting her in person I realized that was just the way she talked. So don't let that turn you off, she's really sweet even if she doesn't sound like it, ha. About the Dr., she is one of the best optometrists I've had. I especially liked that she did the entire exam herself (from the air puff test to giving me my contacts) and asked me what I hoped to get out of the exam. She was very thorough and knowledgeable and I didn't feel rushed. I will definitely go back next year.
