My husband has has several mohs surgeries performed by Dr. Cook. He is an amazing doctor and has taken excellent care of him for years. We feel very blessed to have the top notch care that he and his staff provides.

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Cook and the staff at the Duke Mohs Surgery Center. They were easy to work with (scheduling, check in, etc.). All the staff were tremendously kind. And most important, Dr. Cook is incredibly skilled. I am so grateful that I had access to such a high caliber of care when I needed skin cancer removed.

Dr. Cook and his staff are awesome - very professional - Given the practice he has and the number of patients he sees per day his work is work is phenomenal - I had a procedure on my nose and my father has had 2 procedures and you can hardly tell anything was ever done. I like how he takes pride in is patients and calls them at end of his day to check on them.

I unfortunately have had the need for numerous MOHs procedures over the past 6 years, including 3 on my face, 2 on my chest and 2 on my leg. All were performed by Dr Cook. Very minimal scarring if any, and he and his staff are patient, caring and make you feel as comfortable as you can given the situation. I'm thankful to have been referred to Dr Cook the first time and am determined that I will never use another surgeon other than him for any other skin cancer needs. I really cannot say enough about how impressed I have been with Dr. Cook!

Removed pre cancer spot next to my nose which required a 3 inch cut on my face. The stitches were done so well, you can't tell I had surgery. Even my doctor brother remarked on how well the stitches and scar looked. It was the most efficient and well run office I have ever been.
