I came into the "new" walk-in clinic and requested Dr. Albertson because I had heard she was amazing and full of empathy. This couldn't be further from the truth. She made me feeI like my symptoms weren't important to her and was rushed. For how long I waited in the waiting room to the bad service I got from her I should have just went to the ER or Sanford. I gave the staff an excellent because the front desk staff were sweet and the nursing staff did the best they could with what little they had.

I went to the walkin clinic where i was going to try and be seen since i heard some good reviews on the changes. I saw her yelling and disrespecting the office staff and one of them had to leave in tears, i promptly left and cant see myself going back. Sorry trinity.

I have an special needs sister, and Dr. Albertson was very understanding and patient with her.

I normally hate going to the doctor, but every time I've seen Dr Albertson she has been awesome. She listens and offers sensible advice, she is so easy to talk to and explains things so that it is understandable.

Dr.Albertson is excellent! She is very compassionate about her patients and goes out of her way to help them be healthy. I was nervous about seeing her the first time because it had been years since I had last been to the doctor; however, she was so reassuring and friendly that my nerves went away right away!

Dr. Albertson is the first doctor I have felt that takes the time to listen. She takes the time to explain the diagnosis and the treatment options. I highly recommend her!

Worthless. My husband went in for Sleep Apnea. Told him to lose weight and work out. Went to a different Dr. that told him he has a medical condition. She is just there to collect a check.

I couldn't ask for a better doctor! She is always compassionate and listens to the patient! This doctor literally saved my life! She also makes you feel like a person and not just a statistic! I would recommend her to everyone!

Doesn't read chart or medical results before appointment. Doesn't know why the patient is there although I came because she asked me to come back again. Looks like she just got in from partying. Doesn't do any exam or seem to track what is going on. Does charge for the visit though.
