Dr. Fife has a terrific bedside manner that inspires confidence. He is knowledgeable, prepared, and an excellent listener. He appears genuine and caring. No arrogance or constant interrupting that is common to so many docs. He leaves you feeling definitely in the driver's seat about your own healthcare decisions. My experience with the front desk staff however was quite the opposite: arrogant, imperious, condescending, rule-bound and seem to think they are qualified to practice medicine without a license. On one occasion I was precisely seven minutes late and I was loudly reminded three times in three minutes at the front desk that I WAS LATE in spite of my apology for the same. After the third scolding I walked out even though I had already paid my copay. There were similar issues on subsequent efforts to see Dr. Fife. I gave up and went to another doctor. Providing patients real-time direct email access to him would do much to keep him better informed about any staff issues.

Dr. Fife is an excellent doctor, however, he backs up his p.a. ginger strand who has abused my patients rights, Trinity V.P. and CEO are checking into this .....Ginger Strand refused to send over my last labs to my new endocronologist, and Fife and Strand have blackballed me, can't get new Doc, I am diabetic and am out of insulin, just for sticking up for my patients rights. I am a priest and monk of the orthodox church and elderly....when i mentioned Mr. cutch, ceo wanted to hear complaints from us patients, they kicked me out of their practice. Dr. Fife's knowledge is poor and so is Ms. Ginger Strand, P.A.

The very best doctor in Minot. He listens to his patients, and seems concerned about each one. He is always willing to answer any questions, and will explain any medications prescribed to a patient.
