This review is purely for Dr. Navyn Naran. I otherwise like OneCare Medical Clinic as we've been taking our eldest daughter for last 5 yrs. If the management is reading this review, then please take action as the whole clinic's reputation is attached to Dr. Naran. I took both my daughters with cold and throat pain. She wanted to swab my 5-yr old daughter's throat. My daughter is afraid of throat swabs as she gets the gag reflex (even I hate it for the same reason). So I was trying to console her and told Dr. Naran how my daughter is afraid. To that she said, "IF YOUR DAUGHTER IS AFRAID, I CANNOT HELP HER...SHE CAN SEE OTHER DOCTORS!" I was surprised, but kept my cool. When Dr. approached my daughter, she started weeping...and Dr. Naran gave up right away without even trying once. She started saying, "I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS. I HAVE OTHER KIDS TO SEE. I CANNOT TREAT HER!" I was shocked and told her that she was rushing us. To that, she started arguing with my wife and I in front of our 5-yr and 1.5-mo old daughters! She was extremely rude and mean with zero patience even for a routine sickness like cold. The allotted time is 15 mins per child, so half hour altogether. Dr. Naran spent 10 mins altogether. She should be more patient with children as a pediatrician. After more arguments from her, I was ready to leave without any diagnosis (she didn't even look at my 1.5 mo old newborn by then). But my wife said No...we came here for treatment, so our kids deserve to be treated. We stayed back after all these rudeness, and Dr. Naran started acting super-nice now. She realized that I can go and complain or write reviews like her countless other patients. She picks and chooses who she will be nice with, and that changes even with same patient on different days. She goes through heavy mood-swings and plays strange case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Dr. Naran is a disgrace to the professional field of pediatric medicine. There's nothing "professional" about her to be honest. I don't know when she lost passion for kids or medical profession.
