This review is purely for Dr. Navyn Naran. I otherwise like OneCare Medical Clinic as we've been taking our eldest daughter for last 5 yrs. If the management is reading this review, then please take action as the whole clinic's reputation is attached to Dr. Naran. I took both my daughters with cold and throat pain. She wanted to swab my 5-yr old daughter's throat. My daughter is afraid of throat swabs as she gets the gag reflex (even I hate it for the same reason). So I was trying to console her and told Dr. Naran how my daughter is afraid. To that she said, "IF YOUR DAUGHTER IS AFRAID, I CANNOT HELP HER...SHE CAN SEE OTHER DOCTORS!" I was surprised, but kept my cool. When Dr. approached my daughter, she started weeping...and Dr. Naran gave up right away without even trying once. She started saying, "I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS. I HAVE OTHER KIDS TO SEE. I CANNOT TREAT HER!" I was shocked and told her that she was rushing us. To that, she started arguing with my wife and I in front of our 5-yr and 1.5-mo old daughters! She was extremely rude and mean with zero patience even for a routine sickness like cold. The allotted time is 15 mins per child, so half hour altogether. Dr. Naran spent 10 mins altogether. She should be more patient with children as a pediatrician. After more arguments from her, I was ready to leave without any diagnosis (she didn't even look at my 1.5 mo old newborn by then). But my wife said No...we came here for treatment, so our kids deserve to be treated. We stayed back after all these rudeness, and Dr. Naran started acting super-nice now. She realized that I can go and complain or write reviews like her countless other patients. She picks and chooses who she will be nice with, and that changes even with same patient on different days. She goes through heavy mood-swings and plays strange case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Dr. Naran is a disgrace to the professional field of pediatric medicine. There's nothing "professional" about her to be honest. I don't know when she lost passion for kids or medical profession.

As a healthcare professional myself, I'm disappointed. She was absolutely condescending and rude, even Google would have been more helpful than this horrible physician.

“Dr” Naran is the biggest insult to the noble profession of Medicine. If shame exists in thus field, it would be because of her. She caused misery and havoc in my house because of fIling miserably in helping my childrens’ sickness. We were kind to her, just like we are with everyone else, but she was scornful, bitter and a stink. We absolutely abhor her and ONE CARE MEDICAL CLINIC does NOTHING to fix her attitude with patients. To the people who’ve posted “good” things about her, I can see that this so-called dr chooses whom ti be nice with based on looks and race. Again - She is a menace to the field of Medicine. She doesn’t deserve any respect for the way she made us feel in both out visits with her. We pray never to hear her name in our life again, ket alone seeing her wretched face.

Absolutely HORRIBLE doctor. I will never go back. She made me feel like a horrible mother. I’ve never in my life been made to feel that stupid as she made me feel. She even called the next day which I thought was nice until she berated me for doing WHAT SHE TOLD ME TO DO. THE WORST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER MET.

Absolutely horrible care from Dr. Naran. She always made me feel like I wasn’t doing a good job taking care of my son. Always told me that I was doing things wrong and never gave me any reassurance. I have been struggling with postpartum and was having a difficult time with depression which was affecting the way I took care of my son. I had mentioned this to her and she went on like she didn’t care and proceeded to tell me all the things I was doing wrong. She then broke my trust by going against my words and had the hospital admit my son for anemia which he DIDNT HAVE. Terrible doctor overall. Disgusting attitude and disgusting behaviour. Would never recommend her to another parent.

I went to see Dr. Naran today for the first time at onecare medical clinic. I love her! She is caring, attentive , and very knowledgeable. Her front staff is professional, and her assistant Sinta is courteous and resourceful. Somehow my kids didn't cry at all when she did measurement and vaccines. They usually don't like doctor’s office. Thank you for taking us in! Kudos!

My husband and I absolutely adore this woman. She always listens to your concerns attentively, is great with our son, and always comes in with a smile on her face. The staff is very friendly as well. Only complaint would be that it's a very busy office.
