Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Dr. Smith is fantastic, however, the insurance and billing woman as well as the secretary at the St. Mary's clinic are horrible! I have been billed twice for a bill that was already paid. I was billed wrong and they ended up owing me money, which I requested back, and did not receive yet (it has been two months). Last but not least, I called to leave a message with Dr. Smith and the secretary said, "sorry" then hung up on me in mid sentence. Now I have to send my husband in to get our money they owe us and never go back there again.
