I had the absolute best experiences and outcome with both service at the office and surgery from Dr. Rachel Hoyal. I visiited her Healdsburg office and had great experiences every time. I was never left hanging or wondering about my surgery. she gave me her cell phone and I used that number on several occasions with very positive results. I highly recommend Rachel for foot surgery. Yes - she is adorable, funny and fun to visit during appointments. My surgery on both feet was a tremendous success and now I am pain free - Thank God! This surgeon is AMAZING!!!! I would use Her again!

I was originally seeing Dr Ralph Hoyal, before Rachel became a doctor. In 2011 I injured my left ankle and Dr Ralph suggested I let Rachel look at it. Since I knew Rachel from her early days working with the office staff I had no problem saying yes. Rachel actually looked at my foot, tried different things to check for pain etc. I was seeing an orthopedic for my ankle who told me my ankle would heal it's self. Boy was he wrong. Rachel had looked at my x-rays and MRI. I was driving down the 5 going on vacation and she called telling me not to put any weight on my ankle that I had a torn tendon. So I did it was a long two weeks. I got back up here and fired the other doctor. Once my knee healed enough Rachel took care of my ankle she had to do a tendon transplant on the outer side of my ankle and an ankle cleanup on inside my ankle two different operations. Rachel has great bedside manor. She treats her patients with kindness. So does her father. They really listen to what you have to say. Keep up the great work!

Several people referred Dr Hoyal to me. Highly recommend you find someone else. Below are the facts of my time with her:
Saw her December 18th, waited 35 minutes for my appt, she saw me for 10 minutes and told me to wrap up my toes with tape.
Saw her in March, waited 40 minutes, saw me for 5 minutes to tell me I needed an MRI
Scheduled an MRI for me, told me to call for results, did 2x. Never got a call back. 3 weeks went by. Called again, her office told me to call her cell. I texted her, she called me and missed me. Then, she asked if she could "text," me my results. I said yes. Another week went by, never heard from her. Reached out again, she said I should have set up an office appt. If someone had told me that when I asked, 3x, that would have been great. So, I have paid for 2 offices visits, an X-ray and an MRI and still don't have any relief from my pain. Off I go to another podiatrist. I am very confused on why people refer her? She seems to have too many patients. Really disappointed in my healthcare.

Fantastic doctor and surgeon.. Great patient/doctor manner.Extremely knowledgeable. Caring. Went the extra mile. Beyond comparison , highly skilled, delivered best results possible. I would recommend her without hesitation.

Rachel is the best Dr I have ever had. I have seen her in Healdsburg and at her Santa Rosa office with many different problems. She always comforts me and Talks to me after hours.she has been there for me when I was at my worst and got me through. I would never see another Dr ever. She is the best!

The best bed side manner, Compassion and concern Dr Hoyal is the best doctor that I have been too. She gives 150 percent on everything that she is doing. The knowledge she has with her work is outstanding. She goes that extra mile to see to your pain, to make sure that you understand what is going on. With the third surgery that I have had on my foot Dr Hoyal went through and fixed everything. As I expressed to another Doctor "NOBODY TOUCHES MY FOOT BUT RACHEL HOYAL" she is the best Podiatrist thee is The entire staff is wonderful they help with everything and makes sure that all the loose ends are tied up. The entire office is professional and friendly Thank you to all of them for make this surgery the last one
