Amazing doctor!!! Dr. Rubinstein takes the time to care about her patients and make sure that her medical needs are met. I recommend her to everyone!

What a lune, after 15 minutes of talking to me I had been diagnosed with 5-6 major illnesses without one test being performed or her even checking me out.

As for the last rating, you are so wrong !!!! If you were in days of losing your eye sight, this started way before your visit with Dr. Renee ! My whole family has been going to her since 2009 ! My husband hated DR. s , but he loves her !!!!! She is the most down to earth, caring, warm, old fashion DR. left !! She will tell you whats going on, weather you want to hear it or not. Shes very honest, people say they want the truth, but most of them cant handle it !!! If you want a PCP. who listens to you heart, checks your pulse and writes you scripts, then shes the wrong PCP for you. If you want a PCP who listens and takes their time, then she is the one for you. Every patient wants time with their DR. so don't get mad when you have to wait, shes giving you the same attention she gave the last patient !!!! SHES THE BEST !!!!!

CRITICAL CONDITION OF LOSING MY
IRREVERSIBLE, EYE SIGHT, WITHIN DAYS . My PCP placed me into the hospital ,after visiting with her. GO BACK TO THE CARIBBEAN, WERE YOU GOT YOUR SO CALLED MEDICAL DEGREE!!!

Dr, Renee is a wonderful Dr. She tends to your needs and listens, never in a hurry to rush you, She takes as much time as needed per patient . The staff are really nice and helpful, glad that she is my PCP. I tell everyone to go to her, shes great !!!!!

Dr. Renee is the BEST !!!!! No matter whats going on she takes her time , listens, and is in general , concerned . I have never met a Dr. that makes you feel relaxed, and comfortable . Shes one in a million, everyone should have a Dr. like her.

Found her to take over 48 hrs to get back to my phone calls... She's very nice and helpful but only open one day a week is hard especially when return calls take long.

In these cynical days it's esay to consider any encounter with a physician good when, in fact, it was just "not bad". However my interactions with Dr. Rubenstein in office, and over the phone have actually been great experiences. Here you have a down to earth physician that treats every patient like her only patient. I was amazed that despite covering all my many medical concerns, our call ended with the feeling that one had just had a conversation with a good friend and confidant. Dr. Rubenstein (She doesn't mind the simple "Ruby") has never spent less than 45-60 minutes with me on the phone, in the urgent care clinic, or in her private practice. I totally understand that when we make an appointment with someone we absolutely expect them to be there, and she always has for me and she has ALWAYS made herself available to me 24/7 for any concerns or needs I may have. There is little to no wait, you will never be rushed out of the room, and if you do have to wait 5 or ten minutes extra, you can be assured that Dr. Ruby will give you back those 5-10 minutes and likely more when it's your turn. While I could speak kindly about her here just as long as I could speak with her personally, we all have things to do. And *kindly* to the previous commentor, I can safely presume that if you have made Dr. Ruby aware of the mix-up (is mix-up hyphenated? f#k Idk), I gaurantee that she did not take it lightly and certainly can and will go to any reasonable extent to correct the accident. The Hon. Judith A. Sheindland (Known to you laypersons as Judge Judy) often and not so famously quotes; "We call them "accidents" not "on-purpose'es." They happen. Give a little bit. You know, like Supertramp ;)

I visited this Doctor at her private office after filling in the usual forms I mentioned a family history of skin cancers. She gave me a full body exam head to toe, and found a questionable mole with a ring around it on the back of my thigh. So glad she took the time it was in a place no one would have caught it (at my age any way) turned out the biopsy was cancer. Very professional about the whole ordeal.Had it removed of course. Will be back to go under her magnifying glass at least once a year. Great Doctor.
