Submitted detailed health records to Dr. Brown as a precurser to setting up an appointment. He gave them only a cursory review and decided I should see a urologist instead of him, even though the records showed that I had seen two urologists already who had failed to address my health issue. I wanted to speak with him to at least discuss the best way to move forward with addressing my health issue, but he directed his staff to just refer me back to my primary care doctor (who had been ineffective in addressing my health issue for over a year.) I asked for a referral to a uroligist that he works with or would recommend and he refused to provide one or even a list of alternative urologists. He was both unhelpful and unprofessional.
