Dr. Ming He is AWESOME!! She gave me her undivided attention and listened to all my concerns and answered ALL my questions. She made me aware how important my treatments and follow up would be...she was serious, yet gentle. She gave me options-- I like that! It made me feel like I was in control of my destiny and she was here to guide me. I appreciate her honesty and she did not try to sugar coat the seriousness of cancer. Mahalo Dr. He!!

I found Doctor HE to be unconcerned of her patients needs. Dr. HE refused to take responsibility when it came to advising me of a serious medical issue. Upon my first and only visit, when I asked Doctor HE why she did not contact me regarding some test results that turned out to be cancer. Dr. HE replied that it is up to the patient to follow up with the doctor and keep their appointments. The doctors office had been advised that I could not keep the appointment due to family emergency, that I had to fly to Colorado. Doctor HE replied in a stressed and argumentative tone of voice "If you have a problem with it, take it up with Kaiser. I did advise Kaiser associates in Oahu, and changes were made. I was advised that Doctor HE is no longer working at the Wailuku Kaiser clinic. I am now working with a great team with Kaiser. I would also like to mention, that my blood pressure was high on the day that my appointment was with Doctor HE, and she didn't even address the issue.
