Dr. B’s care has been one of the best things in my and my son’s life. My son, who has disabilities, has been in her care for 11 years now. No one has ever been rude to us at her office and her staff has gone out of their way to help us when we’ve run into challenges with the pharmacy, his day program, insurance, etc.

In 11 years we’ve maybe been rescheduled 3 times when she has not felt well. I would much rather reschedule than have her at work not feeling well. She is not part of a “group” who covers for each other. This is her practice and she’s it.

Dr B is knowledgeable, thoughtful, patient and kind. She looks for multiple options that will work to help you and gives you holistic options if you don’t want to go the route of prescriptions. She looks thoroughly into what might be contributing including doing thorough bloodwork and a meticulous analysis of the results.

My son has the best relationship with her. He feels safe, happy and heard when he meets with her. He knows she cares about his wellbeing and he trusts her. She has always treated him with dignity, respect and compassion.

To be clear, I am very particular about who works with my son as his mother, his legal guardian and his advocate. I can’t tell you what happened in the situations where people have said they did not have a good experience with her or her office, but what I can tell you is that she has been a consistently exceptional provider to my family for 11 years now.

I have always and will continue to highly recommend her as an option for your care. Everyone has to find the right “fit” with doctors/providers for their needs, and she may not be right “fit” for everyone, but she is an amazing human being and doctor.

She is the he best. She quickly diagnoses, gets you on the right track in a professional and ambitious fashion. SHE IS WORTH EVERY CENT. SHE GETS PEOPLE BACK ON TRACK AND DOES SO IN A KIND AND UNDERSTANDING MANNER. A GREAT LISTENER. MAKES US COMFORTABLE AND SOLVES PROBLEMS. VERY HAPPY RO HAVE HER.

We waited weeks to get an appointment only to have it unilaterally cancelled by the provider stating we needed to see her daughter instead. We had informed her daughter we wanted to utilize the more experienced therapist. We were charged $190 for 30 minutes and did not receive an hour of therapy. The majority of the session was the daughter (therapist) asking us why we chose her as a therapist. Waste of time & money.

I love this Doctor. My primary doctor wasn't able to diagnose me of my problem and was referred to her. The moment I told her about my symptoms, she immediately knew what's happening to me. Treated me promptly and given me other resources. She has been very nice and very professional. Made me feel comfortable. She doesn't only focus on my problem but she also took into account me as a person. She took time to listen and I never felt being hurried just like other doctors do.Now I'm way better-symptom free. I always give her a big hug every after office visit because she always makes me feel better. I will definitely recommend her to everyone.

From my first phone call to the office, to meeting with Dr. Baumgardner, I couldn't have asked for any better experience. Dr. Baumgardner is wonderful to work with. She's knowledgeable, listens well, is collaborative and very kind. I'm feeling better than I have in years! To top it all off, even her office staff are friendly and very helpful!
