Following laser surgery on my toe nails the doctor determined that I needed new orthotics. I paid my personal portion of $150.00 and the insurance paid the rest. following the time when I went in to pick up my new orthotics I received an additional bill of $77.00 for the office visit just for picking up the orthotics I had already purchased.
