Dr. Rude always seems so serious, but she explains things clearly and helped me when I had enough of crutches after using them for over 2 months! I asked her to order a wheel chair or knee scooter. My plan didn't cover the knee scooter, but a wheel chair was covered...I got it the same day she ordered it!
