Fantastic specialist, professional, but human; thorough and very up to date. Sadly, after seeing her for a # of years, she retired (both my son and I were patients; he is special needs, and she was absolutely fantastic with him). I was diagnosed with CPEO, after years of problems, and yet, first visit, she noted things others had missed for years, sending me on to a neuro/opth. I am forever grateful, and although I miss her very much, her retirement is well deserved, and wish nothing but the best for her. Two of the comments below were because the good Doctor had already retired. Perhaps the line should have been put off use sooner, or giving a message saying she retired; nevertheless, harsh review for people who had not idea she was retired. Always remember!! Whether doctor or anyone else... point a finger and there are all those looking back at you!!

I just had eye appointment with Dr kilshaw find out already she will be retied in October I have to find someone else for 2018 I might go with my mom and sister eye doctor Susan Sutter or a guy I also have to get eye drops again

I could not even make an appointment! The address is wrong (it's now 1537 Hillside, 3rd floor, according to voicemail) and - this is bizarre - the voicemail system at this clinic accepts no messages, and there appears to be no receptionist to answer messages anyhow! I'm looking elsewhere... I have a possible serious condition that needs attention from someone who is accessible.

My son has seen Dr. Kilshaw twice so far and she's terrific--very patient, kind, and understanding of his high anxiety and unwillingness to do a lot of the tests. Her receptionist is exceptional, very kind and caring. Her assistant has, in my opinion, been less patient, and a little short. I understand my son is challenging to manage--he does not like the office--but he does settle and do the tests that Dr. Kilshaw needs, and I guess the assistant just does not give him the same time or attention to gain his trust.

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Kilshaw twice a year for 9 years. She has a very rare genetic condition that Dr. Kilshaw diagnosed immediately upon looking at my daughter and asking one question. She is wonderful with children! Her receptionist is always very polite and friendly. The only issue we ever had was with the lady who does some testing before Dr. Kilshaw examines my daughter, she was not so kid friendly, but she has recently retired, so I can not find a bad word to say. I highly recommend D. Kilshaw

Dr. Margaret Kilshaw is brilliant and a wonderful Dr. I was very lucky to be treated by her. the only thing that spoils this good taste is her secretary. make sure ahead the your scheduled time was not changed. she is rude not responsible (was late) and you need to plan a large space of time to cover her mistakes. in-spite of that, once you get to meet this lovely smart Dr. , Dr. Margaret Kilshaw, you know that one careless secretary cannot spoils a reputation of Dr. Kilshaw.

My son was Dr. kilshaw's patient for over 15 years. He loved her. She is very polite, punctual, and extremely professional. I would highly recommend her. She specialises in paediatric ophthalmology.
