Dr. Patel has been awesome! He diagnosed my sons Crohn's Disease. My son was sick for 5 months and every other doctor told us that he just kept getting the flu. My son is healthy, has gained all of his weight back and he no longer has a 103 fever, which he had every day. I would recommend Dr. Patel because we now have our healthy son back!

he was super kind and soft spoken. He tried to sooth my daughter after his exam and stayed in the room and talked with me after the exam to make sure I didn't have any other questions. as we talked my daughters issue seemed to change so he came over and re caluated her confining he had made a correct diagnosis and we had the right information to go with to make her more comfortable. he was an amazing Dr. I would Highly recommend seeing him.

Dr. Patel came in the room telling me what he thought before ever asking what was going on. That was my general feeling of him the entire time- he is a big doctor who knows all and I am a paranoid mother who knows nothing. He even told me I was paranoid and my son is simply "spoiled from breastfeeding," He was smug and rude. He did not listen to what I said and told me he would order tests for me "If I wanted, but don't be unhappy when they come back and nothing is wrong." He looked at my sons boy parts and said the skin was sticking and asked if I wanted him to pull it back so it wouldn't attach and cause any long term harm. I said, "Yes," not knowing he was going to charge me for "surgery"- he used his hands to pull the skin back! No special tools here. No mention of the fact that he considered it a surgery,he made it seem routine/no big deal. Seems pretty dishonest to me. It was the worst experience and I will be seeking a more experienced opinion ASAP.
