Dr. Bouillon is a very nice guy, and very personable. I visited him for a dislocated shoulder and he was opposed to surgery and instead gave me exercises to improve my rotator cuff. this has worked wonderfully and I have full range of motion. Many doctors would love to insist on surgery right off the bat. Not in this case. I highly recommend him, especially if you are wary of surgery becasue he seems like he will exhaust every other conservative method first which is much better.
