My first and last visit to Dr. Platt, I waited for an hour before I finally saw her. Waited 2.5 weeks to hear lab results. I then called the Dr. office, and the recording (as there is no one there to answer the phones apparently) suggests going online to sign up to receive lab results directly from lab company. I did that and found concerning levels on my results, called Dr. Platt's office and had to leave a message because, again, nobody there to answer the phone. It turns out they received the lab results the day after I had my blood drawn and never took the time to review my results in the 2.5 weeks.
