Dr. Sirbu is the kind of doctor that WILL take the time and talk to you. She isn't one of those doctors that is just going to come in, rush, be annoyed & distracted, and just write a prescription. Do you sometimes wait? Heck yeah. But I'm okay waiting for a doctor that actually cares and gives me time. I have been looking for a doctor like her ever since I stopped seeing a pediatrician. I usually don't have to wait more than 20 minutes to be honest. Easy appointments online and if you really need to see her, she will squeeze you in to give you prompt care.

I have high blood pressure that spun out of control. I had to return to the office for follow up monitoring. The health tech did not know how to take blood pressure. I pointed this out to D. Sirbu but she did not correct the problem. In addition Dr. Sirbu did not return my calls . Leaving me without medication. My blood pressure was 170/110.

Dr. Sirbu has been my PCP for about 3 yrs. She's very nice, friendly & helpful... when you finally get to see her. Even with appointments, my wait time on average has been OVER AN HOUR! She's a good doctor, has very high ratings, is open until 1pm on Saturdays and is super close to my home, which is why I had picked her. Unfortunately, I'm not happy with the ridiculous wait times during every single visit. The front desk staff is hit or miss... sometimes, there is a competent, friendly receptionist. Other times, there is a woman that barely speaks English, doesn't understand you and mumbles softly so much you'd think you were deaf. The last time I went there, the wait time was almost 1-1/2 hours WITH an appointment. Needless to say, I was beyond upset. Right as I was standing up to leave, a nurse called me back so I stayed. Of course, it was another half hour of waiting in the exam room before the doctor finally showed up. After this last experience, I haven't returned. Nor will I.

Dr. Sirbu was wonderful! She took so much time with me, answered all of my questions and made me feel like I was her only patient. I left feeling much better informed and more clear about my condition.
