Dr. Howard is by far the best doctor I have ever had. She is extremely kind and truly cares about her patients. A few years ago I was sick for two weeks and was extremely stressed out about all the work and school I was missing. Dr. Howard went far above expectations and in addition to regular care, talked me through the stress. I left the office calm and confident that I would get through it. Thanks Dr. Howard :)

Recently underwent a pre op for surgery in which the EKG showed I had had a heart attack. I was unaware I ever had a silent heart attack. Upon checking my medical records they found an old EKG with Dr. Howard's name on it showing evidence of a heart attack back in early 2000's. There currently is much damage to the lower left venticle. Had she informed me and followed through this damage would not be here today. She is flightly and misses important items.

Dr. Monica Howard is the best doctor my family has ever used. She is very caring and dedicated to addressing any patient concerns you may have or making sure that she refers you to someone she trusts. Her staff is very knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. The use of their patient Portal to send messages or prescription refills is super. Within 24 hours or less you receive a return message. My family highly recommends Dr. Howard and the entire Family Healthcare group of doctors.

I feel as though of all the doctors in the practice Dr. Howard is the only doctor there that shows compassion and concern to ones individual needs and works with your particular situation like a true medical professional should. I am very impressed with Dr. Howard.

I have been a patient of Dr. Howards for over 10 years. Her original office with Dr.Keaton on Reland Rd. was a different world. Small and you didn' feel like a "number". If you are seriously ill, I hate to think what would happen to get to her. I guess I would end up in an emergency room and would doubt anyone from per practice would come there. I was just in to get presciption refills and I was changed $148 for an office visit. This is ridiculous.

I agree that it is difficult to get a call into the office and schedule, however, Dr. Howard is one of the few that still actually care about her patients.. she is very knowledgable and readily sends you to the best for your situation.

Although the doctor is very nice, I am very disappointed with not being able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. In addition, the people who answer the phone and take the appointments are not very friendly. Last time I called they asked me if I wanted to talk to a nurse instead, which I did, but only after being hung up on having to call again. I'm lucky I belong to a PPO and was able to see a specialist a week later. I am considering switching primary physician because of this inability to get appointments in a reasonable amount of time, especially when you really need to see a doctor. Other doctors may or may not be as good in the same office. Maybe they need to add more MDs.

I am very impressed with Dr. Howard. She is warm, likeable, and seemed very attentive. She is intelligent, knowledgeable, and informative. I would highly recommend Dr. Howard.

There is a long wait to see the dr. howard and they always push you to she someone in the group. when i did see here she was unattentive and talked alot with her staff while talking to you.
