The office staff is rude and makes numerous mistakes in translating Drs orders. Wait times are unacceptable (2+ hrs), complaints/requests are ignored by staff who are usually busy with personal phonecalls/conversations. Office staff refused to fax my medical records to new Dr. Dr Kim is difficult to communicate with, charged me $25.00 for missed appointment after I changed physicians. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS OFFICE!
