She is a poor doctor. For vitamin D deficiency she prescribes D2, 50,000 mg once a week. D2 does not improve this problem and you can find better information on the WebMD; patients need to take D3 and 1000/day to improve this deficiency. Her pap smear tests are incomplete because she does a poor job. She thinks 4% bone density loss is "normal." It is NOT! She does not really care about her elderly patients and these three examples reflect that. You wait a long time in the examination room after you have already waited in the lobby waiting room.
