Dr B has cared for me and my many family members for years. He is personable, caring, great sense of humor but most importantly he listens. He is extremely knowledgeable but won’t hesitate to send you elsewhere to find the answers if he doesn’t know. He has delivered news that is hard to take and has done so with a caring heart and a shoulder to cry on. If you were to build the perfect physician he most definitely would be it. He has it all and I feel privileged to be his patient.

I will not trust anyone else with my health care other than Dr. BRUNGSTING. He is the absolute best. He is very compassionate and patient at every appointment. The entire staff at Scripps is professional, and very caring. I truly appreciate the care of that Dr. BRUNGSTING provides.

Dr. Brunsting is a NEGLIGENT doctor. He over medicates his patients and brushes aside their health issues, family concerns and overall well being. My mother has been a patient of Dr. Brunstings for years now and is severely addicted to the overwhelming amount of opioids he continues to prescribe her even after she has been hospitalized for overdose and her body shutting down from all the medications. We have begged him to help us yet he continues to ignore our concerns. He is the WORST doctor. Do not send your loved ones to him.

I went to see Dr. Brunsting, David for a ER follow up(chestpain). My lab work was abnormal. Dr. Brunsting made assumptions it was a anxiety issue without giving me a referral to any specialist like GI doctor, blood specialist, or a infection disease doctor. I'm having chest pain as I'm typing this.

I drive a hour and a half to see Dr. Brunsting. He has been my doctor for over 20 years and is extremely knowledgeable with a great bedside manner. He takes the time to answer your questions and has caught problems with my health that specialists have missed. Highly recommend him!
