Awful doctor! I was attending college out of town but continued to keep Dr. Spitzer as my asthma and allergy doctor (I have had severe asthma since birth and am now 25). I was not able to make it for the office visit and needed to reschedule for the next month. Dr. Spitzer REFUSED to fill my inhaler (something I used daily since birth) until I was seen. Needless to say I ended up in the emergency room. AWFUL

I would give this Dr zero stars if I could. I scheduled an appointment a month in advance and took off work which involved getting a sub and writing sub plans. I get to the office and they take me in the back and do the 30 minute interview and then take me back to the desk to reschedule my appointment???? Turns out the doctor wasn't there and wouldn't be there and they never bothered to tell me. They were incredibly rude about rescheduling and would not guarantee me a time and expected me to take off work. I just had a message on my machine from the receptionist telling me "their office isn't a good fit for me" because I had difficulty rescheduling. Avoid dealing with this doctor at all costs.

scheduled appt for allery testing for chronic hives. was told to go off any antihistimine 5 days prior. after a 2hour appt left without any testing? Dr. didnt even look at my hives just said " oh you look like your itching pretty bad there??" Gave me a script which took 7 days cause it needed a precert. Office staff is not helpful, kind of rude. so here I'm 15 wekks later and still have hives?
