I had a really bad gum infection and Dr. Nina Mihaychuk, discovered that I needed a root canal. Dr. Mihaychuk , have done numerous root canals for me with no further complications. I’m impressed with her expertise and bedside manners. Dr. Mihaychuk have a great concern for her patients and respect for people. I can honestly say I trust her decision on my dental evaluations. I had a bad experience with an Endodontist in the past, but I have found the right person now. I recommend Dr. Nina Mihaychuk with confidence for a successful root canal experience.

Dr. Mihaychuk has done numerous consults and 3 root canals for me over a space of several years. I have never had a more caring and concerned doctor. When I had a problem with a tooth during a temporary assignment in Texas she took the time to call me there, listen to my problem and suggest solutions & local doctors. Because I trusted her and knew her work to be excellent & thorough, I chose to go on antibiotics and await my return to Maryland a month later. When I returned, I made the earliest appt I could. Her day was packed ( many patients apparently prefer Dr. Mihaychuk) but in between patients she repeatedly checked in on me in the waiting room to tell me she was running late, & was I ok. When she treated me I could understand why she ran late with a previous patient, because she is so thorough and attentive to detail. My tooth took extra time because she carefully and thoroughly cleaned out the abscess ( which was rather nasty) and I have not had a problem since. The first root canal she performed on me was over 20 years ago and that tooth never had a problem since. The 2nd was several years ago & the third ( the one that I consulted from Texas) was more recent. She is the only doctor I trust for Endodontics)

I went to Aspen Hill General Dentistry because of a cracked tooth. Horrible office, they over charged me but the worst part was Nina Myichuk. I saw her twice and after waiting for her both times for over 45 minutes, she spent exactly 4 minutes with me each time. First visit, she told me I had a cracked tooth which I knew. The second, she told me I needed a root canal. I saw Dr. Anderson in the same office and he told me I did not need one at all. Nina tried to take my money, was horribly rude and had NO bedside manner. She told me I was hostile because I called with questions and she felt I was challenging her in the visit. Funny, but Dr. Anderson spent almost 40 minutes with me, answered all my questions, took time and was actually KIND…the way a Dr. SHOULD BE! He had no issues with me whatsoever and I didn’t with him because he cared more about my well-being and not padding his pockets. I even called my old endodontist who listened to my situation and also felt that I didn’t need a root canal and also said one of Myichuk’s charges for $200 to remove pulp was ridiculous and he never used to charge for that. She is garbage, find someone better.
