I recently took my baby to another GI doctor and had such a pleasant experience. It reminded me of my experience with my first daughter with Dr Fish and how awful it was. As a first time parent, I cried on our car ride home from how rude and dismissive she was. She said our baby was just difficult and there was nothing that she could do to help. She said she just had colic and deal with it (she didn’t she threw up a lot but didn’t cry). My daughter ended up having bottle aversion and feeding problems due to her reflux. I never pursued another GI appointment because of my awful experience with Dr. Fish. My daughter was throwing up even after 2 years old because of her reflux and she was not “just colicky”. We are still dealing with issues today at almost 4 years old from her aversion to eating which started as a baby. My new baby sees a fabulous GI doctor who is caring and takes the time to listen to your concerns.

This is the worst encounter with a pediatric physician that I've ever had, won't go into details, but she was very rude and unpleasant to be around. She talked down to my husband and I, and because of her behavior, we'll be continuing our sons care at Nemours. I hope there we'll have a better experience.

My husband was waiting in he hallway, and he heard dr. Fish telling another doctor how stupid i was to ask her to look at my sons stool( he had cronic diarrhea) ,laughing about it, and saying how disgusting it was. This was so upsetting and shockingly unprofessional. Stay far away.
