I stated seeing Dr. Narcelles when he had an office in Gahanna about 5 yrs ago. I thought he was just about perfect then. Originally, I had long visits (unrushed) where he asked lots of questions and seemed to really listen to everything I was saying. We would even get into side conversations where I was the one that would feel guilty since there were other patients. However, since then he moved (or already had it and closed mine) to Broad St. The office staff is very hit or miss. Some are nice some are not. His nurse sometimes doesn't return phone calls at all (happened to me twice) and is really rushed when you get her. Maybe she is really overworked. Dr. Narcelles is still knowledgeable and usually pretty friendly, but there are days I think they schedule too many people for him and he can't take his time. It's a circumstance where if he could get out of the Grant umbrella and hire his own staff and set his patient load alittle lighter...he would really shine as a doctor.

When talking to Doctor it is like he is not even listening to you, or like you are bothering him.
