Horrible bedside manner. Very rude and she spent a lot of time explaining why she couldn’t help me.

Ratings says it all. I agree with everything everyone has posted about the Doctor (along with all other reviews across the internet). If everyone says it then there must be a problem. The perception is the reality and she along with the other in the practice need to realize that!

She is cold somewhat rude and I always felt like I was burdening her for being in her practice.

I've been seeing Dr. Williams for a few years now & have mixed feelings. I agree with many of the reviews....good & bad. While the waiting room wait is short, you almost always have to wait 30-45 mins to be seen by her once in the room. Yesterday it was over an hour for me, then I was given the option to reschedule...RESCHEDULE??? I've already taken off 2hrs early from work, drove across town, sat in stupid broad st traffic, and wasted an hour of my time in the office... of course I'm not going to do this all over again in a few days! LOL Her assistant Heather is very nice & attentive... doesn't know how to properly take my blood pressure, but she's still polite. Dr Williams is definitely not warm or friendly...but I've chalked it to just her personality so that doesn't bother me much. She does listen to my concerns & tries to address them the best she can. What I DO like about her is that I've never felt forced to take medication like I have with most other docs. She respects my personal choices and always gives me my options & says "it's up to you". The one thing I am unhappy with is the ridiculous amount of "follow-up" appts she requires in order to refill prescriptions. If the meds are working & yielding the results she wants, there's no need for me to have to come in every THREE WEEKS for an entire year.!!! I am convinced that I am treated very well and made to come in a lot because I have really good insurance (LOL). Last year they literally exhausted my insurance, drained every penny from my HRA and I still got stuck with a $700 bill I'm paying for out of pocket.... all from office visits!!! I am neither impressed nor completely disgusted with her. She's very average as a physician & I am definitely on the hunt for a new doc this year.

Dr. Williams has trouble connecting to her patients, and I honestly don't think she cares about our health, it's just a business. Office staff are nice enough, but have trouble communicating.

Dr. Williams is my teenage daughter's doctor. Always has been helpful to us. Don't see any of the qualities listed in the bad reviews.

I had injured my back and went to my family doctor twice for this issue and ended up switching doctors to Dr. Williams. After talking with registration I had high hopes that I would be helped in the manner I was supposed to be.I tried all of the medecations ( Anti inflamatories) (muscle relaxers) and one I couldn't take due to the drowsieness and the other I was hospitalized for stomach bleeding.I went back to Dr. Williams and told her what was going on and she had nothing to say to me other than "We have tried all of the non narcotic medecations that we can".I am a 26 year old Male with a broken back and severe scolioses.I have a three your old child and can't even play with him due to the limitations of my pain. I contacted her office supervisor and she talked with Dr. and was told that she would not treat me with anything other than the meds that would hurt me. I did three different scripts of physical therapy and nothing.Today I recieved a letter dismissing me from the practice!FU

The staff at EastPointe Primary Care is very friendly. One office assistant in particular makes the entire staff. However, Dr. Williams (formerly Abrams) is very cold and distant. She doesn't seem interested in you as a patient nor your concerns. Dr. Williams is very brief and to the point. She tries to rake in money by insisting that you see her every couple of weeks to "follow up." At the "follow up," she doesn't do anything special and often forgets why you have returned. She prescribed a medication that I've always taken and demanded I return every 2-4 weeks for "follow ups" This went on for almost a year. No, seriously. I've since decided it was time to shop around for another doc. I wanted Dr. Williams to be a great doctor seeing as how she is young and female, but she's far from great or even fair. I think she may only be good for treating the common cold.

Very rude. Dr Williams should not be a doctor! She might be good enough to treat cattle!! maybe!! I was there for a yearly physical and waited in the exam room for her for nearly an hour. finally she came in and i got a bad vibe immediately. wanted her to spend time going over things with me. She rushed me and was out in 2 minutes. I didn't get to ask the questions I wanted. I felt like she treated me like an object, not a human being. She touched me without telling me what she was doing. She doesn't even look at you when she talks to you and frowned the whole time like you are wasting her time. hello! i am the customer! I am going to go to another doctor in the same practice. I am also debating on calling the office to complain about her.

I went to Kamilah to investigate a long-standing health condition. I honestly dont know why she even bothers going to work. He attitude is cold, distant, and unhelpful. She has no emotion for you or your illness, and refuses to test you for anything unless its what SHE wants to test for. She even lied to me about testing me for something specific I asked for. I guess I should have read the reviews before wasting so much time with her. A word of advice to Eastpointe: Dont charge people for help you dont even give them. Thats called malpractice.
