I had surgery for a hammer toe, Dr Graff did not fix the issue and it was actually worse than before I had the surgery. When I went back to see him, he said he wasn't sure why it would be worse and just gave me a steroid shot for the pain. I am still in considerable pain but will not be going back to see this Dr. again, there are way too many Dr's in Dallas than to submit myself to sub par service

I have been a patient of Dr. Graff for over 4 years. I have a diabetic foot condition and because of it, I have had many surgeries and pressure wounds.

Two years ago, I was in Plano Presbyterian Hospital. The doctors there wanted to amputate my foot all the way up to my knee. I told them that NO ONE except for Dr. Graff would be touching my foot. I called him and he came by EVERY DAY before going to the office to take care of my foot. With his knowledge and skills, my foot was saved.

He is an AMAZING doctor. His staff is absolutely THE BEST. They are caring and personable. I feel like I have made friends with several of them over the years. It is the same with his office staff. I can't say enough great things about him and his whole practice!!! I have recommended him to anyone I meet that has foot problems. I tell them, "Do not let ANYONE ELSE touch your foot. I won't!

If I were to move away from the Dallas area, I would definitely maker special trips just to have him care for my foot!!!!

Don't go anywhere else!!! BTW...I also LOVE the fact that he plays Christian music throughout his office. SO PEACEFUL!!!

Dr. Graff's office is amazing. I had foot pain for almost ten years, but Dr. Graff helped me finally get rid of it. My first surgery was three years ago on my left foot, and I just had surgery on my right foot about six weeks ago. Dr. Graff has always been kind and patient, has always taken the time to explain why I was in pain and make sure I knew all my options. I could not recommend him more!

Peddled unnecessary bunionectomy to me and did a horrible job on it. My foot will never be the same again. I regret ever walking into that place and wish I had read all the horrible reviews about him before I permanently ruined my foot.

Saw Dr. Graff for severe, worsening pain in my foot. His staff and techs were great so I expected a lot. When Dr. Graff finally raced into the room, he barely acknowledged or listened to me. I had drawn a pic of my foot and showed the types of pain and where it was occurring. He touched my foot in ONE spot and asked if that hurt. I said yes, BUT it also hurts here and........ and was just cut off and told I had plantar fasciitis and cysts. In the few minutes he spent, three times he referred 'at your age' (the ripe old age of 56) when referring to my foot. After telling me I needed shots.....which turned out to be very expensive, he again left and only came in to inject the shots. After two days, pain was back in full. Went to another podiatrist, MY FOOT WAS BROKEN in two places. No plantar fasciitis or cysts to be seen. I would NEVER refer him or take a chance with someone who seems to just be in it for the money.

I had a very poor experience with this dr. He did a surgery fusing together three bones in my mid foot. I had lots of problems post surgery including an infection at the surgical site. After three months of no weight bearing on that foot, the joints separated after I started walking on it again. I ended up having to have another surgery, but this time used an orthopedic surgeon with much better results.
