I have been seeing her for 7 years and she has been so kind and caring to me and my family. She saved my father and cared for him at the hospital and rehab until he came home.

Terrible!! The staff is rude! Just a money medical establishment. Called the prescription into the wrong pharmacy.Yelled at the pharmacist when the called to correct. They force bloodwork on you. They only give one refill on a yearly prescription and will not refill it until you come in to see them to get their $$$$$. Horrible. Horrible!

The doctor is wonderful. She is attentive and she cares. The staff there, however, leaves something to be desired. She has just changed her staff, lets hope they are better!

Dr. Elessawi has a kind and caring bedside manner. She's easy to talk to and answers my questions thoroughly. The staff always manages to fit me into their schedule when I am sick.
