Best. Doctor. Ever. I was so blessed to have found Dr. Bydon. He has a great sense of humor and my operation was so good I don't even remember it! Only evidence I even had it was that I'm pain free!

I was in a lot of pain and I went to Mayo for an appointment. I was taking a lot of pain meds and nothing was working. I use to run 5 miles a day. And over the past 5 years it's hard for me to walk to my car. Dr Bydon changed all of that and I am forever grateful!

I was a surgical tech at John's Hopkins and Dr Bydon operated on my daughter. My mother lives in Iowa and I told her she had to drive to Rochester to see Dr Bydon now. Her and my dad made hotel reservations and stayed in Rochester for 3 days just so Dr Bydon could operate. She's doing great and we already thanked dr Bydon but I told her I would come on and give him a review on her behalf! So thank you again dr Bydon, from all of us!

I went to several neurosurgeons at several hospitals at home. Dr. Bydon is the real deal. when I had questions he answered them and showed me a 3D model of my spine, that Mayo made out of clay or something. he explained things to my doctor back home, seamless operation! and for that I have the utmost respect for him.

Dr. Bydon returned my life to me. After seeing several Drs in my home state of Illinois I decided to visit the Mayo Clinic in Rochester where I was referred to Dr. Bydon. This referral was one of the best things that has ever happened to me. After several days of test it was decided that surgery was needed. Dr. Bydon was not only honest in his explanations but also careful to not over promise in his expectations. My surgery results were way beyond my expectations and I continue to improve every day. Dr. Bydon has personally called me as well as his assistant to follow up with my surgery which is very rare in this day and age. I would recommend Dr. Bydon and the Mayo Clinic to anyone needing medical care.

Dr. Bydon has excellent bedside manner. He treated my husband for a spinal tumor. He was patient and kind. He took time to explain everything to us and answer all of our questions. He is a great surgeon and a kind person.
