I had to take a minute to share how impressed I am with the staff at Washington University Ortho and Sports Medicine in Illinois. While I did not see Dr. Omotola, but one of his PA's I had to leave a review. He obviously runs a smooth clinic. My daughter was having knee pain related to sports and I was able to get in quickly for an appointment with PA Kamp. It was determined she needed a MRI and the staff started the same day to get it prior authed. It was quickly approved and she was able to get in for her MRI the next day (not at this facility so you can't really take credit for that, but still impressive). Her MRI was done yesterday morning, we got results this afternoon, I drove them to the office with the disc and report and within 30 minutes one of the athletic trainers called me to discuss the results and give the instructions that she had discussed with PA Kamp. Within a week and half (including the Thanksgiving holiday) of my first call to schedule my daughter is able to get back to the sports that she loves. Thank you for your prompt service. I work in quality of care for a major health insurance provider and this truly is not the level of service that most people receive nationwide. Everything was absolutely seamless.
