I am pleased to recommend Dr. Christopher Hajnik to anyone considering a total knee replacement (TKA). I have had 11 previous knee surgeries over 35 years for a variety of sports-related injuries. The surgeons who performed these surgeries were arrogant, dismissive and lacked an attention to detail. Dr. Christopher Hajnik is precisely the type of orthopedic surgeon one does want to perform a TKA. He has a solid background in joint replacements. He has great attention to detail. He opens and closes all of his surgeries himself, which shows pride in workmanship and investment in outcome. Beyond his excellent technical abilities, he is also honest, caring and personable. The outcome of my TKA was superb. Week 5 post-op I had full range of motion. Thanks to Dr. Hajnik’s skill, in combination with the use of ASTYM at the CORE physical therapy unit, I had no problems with scaring and adhesions. I am now back to doing the physical activities that I love and have missed doing for years.

Dr.Hajnik, was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. I have seen a few physicians in the area, and he is by far the best. He made an accurate diagnosis, and I am extremely happy. Highly recommended.

I really appreciate the time Dr. Hajnik spent diagnosing and then explaining my ailment to me. I could tell that he really cared about me. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Hajnik examined me and was uncertain why I was experiencing pain. He ordered expensive tests that were not necessary and kept asking me if I was "okay" with the testing. I am not a doctor and said that is why I was a patient. He did not exude confidence. He should have referred me to therapy first. I sent him a letter with my balance due. The check has not been cashed and he never replyed to my concerns. I did confirm that he did receive my letter. I was extremely disappointed with my care.
