My husband and I were run off the road by a reckless driver and we were lucky to be alive! We went to the hospital where we were given pain pills and muscle relaxers. After a few days of still being in pain we called Dr. Dale. He met with us and began treatment immediately. He referred us out for a MRI and it came back we both had soft tissue damage. We went to Ortho Sport and Spine (referred by Dr. Dale) and got the necessary treatment. After 8 weeks of chiropractic care with Dr. Dale, we both are significantly better.

I was in two car accidents in the past 2 years. My attorney suggested that I go see Dr. Dale for treatment. On the very first visit (accident #1), Dr. Dale sat down and explained EVERYTHING to me. I had never done this before and was a little scared about the entire thing (lawyers, doctors, my bills, insurance, etc). First off, Dr. Dale gave me well over an hour of his time on my first visit. He explained that he was willing to work on a lien and that I would not be out of pocket any money. He said they would treat me as long as the attorney said the case was good (I'll come back to this point later). He also told me if I had medical on my insurance, I could use it to lower his bills and I would take more of the settlement. This was all new to me. I didn't even know if I had "medical" or not. So I began treating and it actually was incredible. I had never been to a chiropractor that was so thorough and caring. So I'm about 10 visits into my care when my attorney calls and says the person who hit me was uninsured and I didn't have UM on my policy. So now I am all upset and worried because I have 10 visits to pay for to Dr Dale since now I have no case. BUT, as promised, Dr. Dale sat down with me and explained there was no cost and I didn't owe him anything. He basically treated me 10 times for free! I mean what Doctor does that? Ever? Fast forward 9 months. I get in another car accident thanks to someone texting and not paying attention. So I called Dr. Dale. He got me in the same day, only this time I had both UM and Medical on my policy (I learned from my mistake). Dr. Dale and Miss Maggie again helped me out. I provided them with all of my insurance information and gave them permission to bill my Medical for the accident. FYI: doctors cannot open a claim or bill your Medical payments without your permission. Dr. Dale referred several lawyers and I picked one. The attorney got my car fixed and put a nice settlement into my pocket for pain and suffering, lost wages and diminished value to my car. Dr. Dale and the staff were very professional and helpful through all of this and if I EVER again get into another car accident (please no), I will be calling Dr Dale first!

I was in a bad car accident and was referred to Dr Dale through my attorney. He was very professional, explained everything very clearly and always had an open line of communication. He even gave me his personal cell phone number and offered to answer any questions I maybhave had at a later time (which I did). I have never been to a chiropractor before so I didn't know what to expect, but Dr. Dale was very thoughtful and helpful through this unfortunate experience. Thank you!

Dr Dale and his staff were excellent. I had several herniated discs that my MD told me required surgery. Dr. Dale treated me using non-invasive chiropractic manipulations along with physical therapy and needless to say, my discs are HEALED! Post MRI shows the inflammation has gone down and I am fully recovered WITHOUT SURGERY! Dr Dale and his staff were very professional and I would recommend them to anybody with neck/back pain. A+

Beware, his guy is all about how much money he can get from you. He did no diagnostic evaluation before he started cracking my neck. Later when I saw a real doctor had an MRI, to find I had 2 herniated disks from the accident. No wonder things hurt worse after he started. His team contacted me after they found info about an accident I was involve in,. At first meeting he claimed I would owe nothing unless a received a settlement until he found out I had med-pay with my insurance. Then he filed claims for services that he did not do. His fees are also higher than the average fees for this area per the internet and other offices I called. Beware and avoid this money hungry chiropractor
