Employee here, Do not go to this office the Dr is racist and ageist, Familiar terms : "don't schedule this patient for a follow up..They are in their 20s and they wont show up anyway" If the patient is of other than Caucasian "don't schedule, you know how those people are" To the point of having the Dr insist on having the front desk to call a patients parent who were patients there too because the GROWN patient missed their appointment. She treats her Medical Assitants horrible in front of patients. Will try to push off creams and lotions that are sold there to "older" patients which she leads them to believe they can only purchase there. When the same products are available in most stores and on amazon for much better prices. Another favorite is "schedule them on a Wednesday "no Dr Day because I don't have enough time to deal with them and their problems" all the wile making older patient believe they are getting red carpet treatment when she really doesn't want to deal with them at all. And of course collecting multiple copays for "Follow up visits that are nothing more than changing a band aid. The Dr ALWAYS runs at least 1 hour behind, you will never have your appointment in a timely manner. Most of the good reviews are from her family members to boost business. If you want a Dr that does not like to prescribe medications and only tell you to wash your face with this soap we happen to have or the lotion that we have in stock Or buy this 50$ hat that we sell, this is the place for you. The office staff is really nice and its a pitty that most people don't return due to the Dr and her policies. The office is not automated at ALL, the Drs office is stacked FULL of charts, Scrapbooking equipment ect. Everything runs on a photo copy machine. The Dr has no idea how to even face time for an appointment. Beware

Terrible experience! I can not say how disappointed and ripped off I feel about my experience with Alpine Dermatology. My first Appt I sat and waited for over an hour before seeing the doctor. No one ever apologized for the inconvenience. I understand that it is hard to keep a schedule and doctors are notorious for running behind but over an Hour!!!! After having one mole removed, grand total of about 20 minutes of actual doctors time, I was charged $440.00. I paid it myself not having health insurance, which by the way many doctors actually give a discount for being self pay, and scheduled my "follow up" appt. I went to the "follow up" appt today and sat this time for 35 minutes before the doctor came. She put some ointment and a band-aid on my wound and we said our good byes, again not having apologized for the inconvenience of my long wait. I was then told I was being charged $67.00!! I couldn't believe it; they charge for follow up appts and never even told me there would be a charge. If I had known I wouldn't even have gone. I explained this to the so called office manager who told me there was nothing she could do but she understood. Yeah right way to show it! So if you have nothing but time and are interested in supporting a total rip off insurance scam doctor than by all means this is the one for you!!!! Even if I wasn't moving out of state there is no way I would be going back here and that is before I was charged for a follow up appt!

Terrible experience that left me feeling disrespected and uncared for. I was told I was only allowed to ask three questions but I had to keep stopping her as she was trying to leave to even ask those. She examined me and prescribed me a bunch of creams to buy at her office that didn't address what I went in for. She didn't even fully address my main concern. Said I would need to come back in three months if I wanted to ask any further questions. She was with me for less than 5 minutes.

After 6 visits I felt like I was part of a Saturday night live episode "Put a cream on it" Having a serious health crisis that was showing up all over my body, the best I could get was put a cream on it and an admittance that this was beyond her! So if you got a sunburn or poison ivy, she's your gal!

This doctor & her staff recommended surgical removal of a basal cell cancer on my mother. Surgery was done 2 x on the same place in the same leg. Both times resulted in signs of infection. Following the second surgery we went back to the doctor within a week at the first sign of possible infection and were sent away after a 1 1/2 hour wait in an exam room and told to return the next day as the doctor was too busy with other patients! Poor customer service.

Horrible experience with this doctor and office. The doctor was late for the appointment, rude, had no knowledge of the skin condition, & seemed to only be interested in selling "creams" from her office. Certainly did not want to return for this non-treatment, but doctor said a "follow-up" appt must be made in order to bill the insurance company for the first appt. Tried to cancel the follow-up due to work conflict & was told cancellations were not allowed. Not only was the condition not treated, both the insurance company and my credit card on file were billed. Calling the office to resolve charges for no service resulted in being hung up on.

I had a basal cell carcinoma to be removed. She first took a section of it to be analyzed, then proceeded to cut out (cauterize) the affected region. A few weeks later, the section, indeed, came back positive and I had to go back to get an even larger area cuaterized. The carcinoma was removed effectively, however, I felt that she "double dipped" and I could have saved about $400 if she simply cut out a larger section the first time by assuming it was initially pre-cancerous. That being said, I won't be going back to her clinic again.
