I was impressed with the screening measures in the office. Temp checks, employees with masks. Everyone seemed professional. As an older patient this is important. I am looking forward to my treatment.

In Out Done. This office is efficient. Once the paperwork was complete I was brought back and seen by the PA. Then the Doc. I left with a treatment plan and understanding of what is going on. Very please. D

4 weeks out from my procedure and I am breathing better. Minimal pain, but some congestion in the first week. Overall great experience.

Good. Tried to get staff to request record prior to original appointment to save time and number of visits. They did not. 1st Visit - discussed sinus and sleep apnea issues. Scanned sinuses. Reviewed/discussed same with doctor. Received prescription for sinus infection and scheduled 2nd appointment. Requested doctor and staff obtain medical records regarding sleep apnea. They did not. 2nd visit - 2nd scan. 3 of 6 sinuses infected. Balloon sinuplasty Recommended. Doctor confirmed case to proceed with procedure. Also discussed sleep apnea issue. Dr/staff had not requested records. Doctor shifts focus of treatment to sleep apnea. Doctor decides Hold on sinus procedure. I prefer to do both at same time. High deductible plan. Just makes more sense to do both.

I am very satisfied with my visit..I walk in the office..and I got a well welcome from the staff.and the doctor is an awesome doctor.. He explained to me very well about what I came to visit him about my sinus. I will visit the office often needed

The nurse who took my history and vitals was a hoot. Although I wanted my husband in with me, the lady at the front desk said no (Also if I can mention that the other lady was annoying with her singing). Glad the only negative issue with the visit was the front of the office. So, the lady who took me in the back was professional and empathetic. A true asset. The Dr was thorough and waiting for follow up instructions. Looking forward to my next visit.
