Dr. Trost was the nicest man, but he passed away about 3 or 4 years ago. My husband and I liked him, but not his staff. Practice has been bought by Riverchase.

Not ready to provide services he advertises in cosmetic treatments. Did not listen very well for cosmetic options and was ready with one I did not express interest in (botox). Read the survey we have to fill out concerning these options please! I felt rushed and was recommended to a plastic surgeon. Its not all about wrinkles!

Dr. Trost removed a small basal cell cancer from my face. He asked if I wanted a full body scan and I wanted to wait till next visit. I received a notice from Medicare he charged over $1,000 for a full body scan when he never checked me. I would not go back.

This is the kind of place that schedules a bunch of appointments at one time and then dr is so rushed doesn't do a good job. Waited for over an hour saw me for about five minutes. I had lots of questions but he was too busy. Barely looked at me for skin screening. Asked to check my scalp, but it was too much trouble to look in my light thin hair. Scolded me for coming during season. I wanted to ask if I came off season if he would actually do his job. I have cancerous mole come back, told me my previous dr probably didn't say it was cancerous, but I tried to assure him she did. Would exercise the mole then. Wants me to make another appointed months later for removal to collect more money. Should leave a skin cancer screening feeling confident, not even more fearful of possibility of getting cancer

Dr. Trost is a very knowledgable and pleasant Doctor, however, his support staff is not. I waited over an hour because my paperwork was overlooked. This would normally would not be a problem, since everyone makes mistakes, however, they acted like it was no big deal and never apologized or acknowledged the problem. Then at check out, I was confused about the scheduling of my future appointment, which they said was in 8 months when I get only a yearly check up (since there has never been any issues). I asked the manager to clarify this with the doctor, and she replied that whatever the doctor put on the orders was it and refused to ask the doctor for clarification. I will definately not return because of the incompetent staff.

I was not happy with this doctor. My initial appointment with him was for a full body check.I have a history of skin cancer and his exam was far from thorough. HE failed to examine my scalp, behind my left ear and while sitting in my underwear he asked me if there were "any issues" underneath my undergarments.I told him not that I'm aware of and he never examined this area either. He gave me the fastest full body exam I have ever had my life.I also had a biopsy on my leg and the nurse came into the room and placed the needle that was used to numb the area on a table in the room that was not sterile.I would not go back to this doctor.

He observed my skin situation and reported they appeared to benign. However, he suggested removed and to have them removed & evaluated for possible malignancies. Great attention! I'm recommending my wife visit him for her skin concerns.
